Mainland Portugal
Delivery at Pickup Points
This service allows you to receive your order in commercial establishments near your home or your place of work where you can go to pick up your orders in a fast and convenient way.
In the checkout process you will be given the possibility to choose this delivery method. If you select it, you can consult all the information about the available Pickup Points, location and opening hours.
Upon arrival of your order at the chosen Pickup Point you will receive a warning SMS, having a maximum period of 10 working days to proceed with your withdrawal. Do not forget to take with you the identification document (B.I or Citizen Card. If it is another person to pick up your order, it must be accompanied by a photocopy of your identification document).
After receiving the shipping confirmation email of your order you can track it in your personal area.
Home Deliveries
In your home
The order will be delivered to the billing address that appears in our database. If you are not at the address indicated, you will be contacted by the distributor to reschedule the delivery, and / or make it available at a nearest delivery point. If it is not possible to contact us, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
At another address of your choice
We deliver your order where it is easiest and most convenient for you (in the office, at the holiday home, etc.). To do this, simply indicate the desired delivery address at the time of finalization of your order. Note: always check if the address entered is correct in order to ensure a quality service. Shipping to another delivery address does not have any additional shipping costs.
After receiving the shipping confirmation email of your order you can track it.
Store Pickup
The order will be delivered to a Perfume Arte store. In the checkout process you will be given the possibility to choose this delivery method. If you select it, you can consult all the information about the stores, location and opening hours menu stores.
Portugal Islands
Express Service - Home Deliveries in 5 to 14 working days
The order will be delivered to the address chosen by you. If you are not at the address indicated, a postal notice will be left in your mailbox with indications to pick up the order at a CTT store near your address.
Your order will remain in the CTT Store for a maximum period of 10 days. Do not forget to take with you the identification document (B.I or Citizen Card. If it is another person to pick up your order, it must be accompanied by a photocopy of your identification document).
After receiving the shipping confirmation email of your order you can follow up in the personal area.
